- Communication – The Developer will hold quarterly meetings. The Developer will also work with Varona Village Board to schedule in-person meetings as needed. We will keep you updated as we progress.
- Financing Education & Financing Programs – The Developer is working with the home ownership center to assist Varona Village Members and the general public to prepare for home ownership.
- Purchasing and Renting Homes – Currently, the intent of the Project is to be sold to existing tenants through standard purchasing methods (cash/lender financing). However, for those Tenants on Record who choose not to purchase or cannot purchase their respective homes, the Developer will allow them to continue renting. We will keep everyone updated as the Project progresses.
- Pecking Order for Purchasing Homes/Lots – Please see the Pecking Order tab to see the selection of the pecking order for purchasing homes in Varona Village. This process was the result of the collaboration between both the Developer and Varona Village members many years ago. The Developer intends to maintain the process in its current state.
